The Origami Crane Project

I love seeing the projects of other artists. One I've been following for some time now over Facebook is the Origami Crane Project by Icarus Mid Air.

I first saw this via an article on Bored Panda and thought it was really inspiring and unique. Some of the crane's he's made are beautiful!

Something Colourful

I've had a rough couple of weeks lately having physio for nerve damage in my neck, which I've had for a few years, but recently it began affecting my left/drawing arm which has been really concerning, and also nerve damage in my right arm after hitting my elbow on a hold when I fell in climbing last year.

During the treatment for my neck I ended up having issues with my back because of the tension build up which has been pretty scary and caused the muscles next to my spine to pull, very painful and worrying but thankfully I'm finally feeling more or less normal. I've even been climbing again this weekend! Saturday and Sunday because I was so happy to be back on the wall and feeling like myself!

So to celebrate I did this quick bird doodle and before I headed out this morning with my brush pen and some coloured pencils!
